Big day moving forward. My glass place jumped on the top fast. I dropped it at 9:30 and they were ready at 1:30.

The new gaskets look so good. I going to have to do my 45 now.

I jumped back in the Goat, made the 30 mile return trip with the new @Cruiser Corps headliner and went to my upholstery guy another 20 minutes further in Pearl. He agreed to take it and said he would try to get it to my by next Wednesday. That place is always slammed.

Venable glass also put glass in the rear view I got from Classic Cruisers.

On the way back from doing all this I swung by and picked up the owner of Powda Blue. He rode off in it. I pray he drives it better this time.

The gratuitous railroad jump.

The speedo is 15 mph slow. Handles great. I look forward to adding a bit more weight with 8274 and bumpers.

Does the sniper not control the timing with the dui setup?

It can. Mosley Motors has the correctly modified distributors for the 2F, 3F and 1FZ

@wngrog you alright? Sounds like a nasty tornado just ripped through not too far from where your bio says you live. Hope all is well.

Just north. Thanks for asking

Just checking in here….

Bumpers shipped Thursday so hope to see them tomorrow or Wednesday.

Hard top should be done Wednesday.

I’ve been driving it in the afternoons and it’s really a great truck.

In the down time between this one and my next project that arrived Friday night I’ve parted out a FJ60 for donor 3.70s and front disc brakes

No bumpers and waiting to hear from the headliner guy to pick up the top.

Meanwhile I tossed the doors on. Man they are so nice and tight now

My shop model came out to admire the large nuts on this bumper and help me lift the heavy mofo on the lift table.

The lift table is also very helpful when drilling up into the frame

And how about that? This is really such a masterpiece of a bumper. This is what happens when a master CAD designer/fabricator/machine shop owner gets you. Beauty and brawn.

I want an LPB just so I can get one of those bumpers.

That is a nice piece of metal! @OPMACHINE knows what is up.
