Took the tan 1964 FJ45 for a final spin today. It’s in the shop now. Big things are about to happen.

For now the 💩 45 will stay in quarantine. I’m going to put the rear axle from the 64 under it so it can be moved. I have a special shed for it to stay protected

Does that 64 roof oil can at all, or is there additional internal bracing?
 
Holy crap that is a small cockpit.

I have a 1963 FJ45 I am 6'3". It's not bad to drive at all. It's a little cramped with my wife and a 75# dog but totally doable.
 
I’ll second them not being as cramped as advertised. I’m only 6’1”, but I fit fine.

I would think a thinner back pad than OEM would be the ticket
