Radiator and Heater Hoses for 1972

Is there a list of part numbers for OEM hoses? I'm not finding any useful information in my search. The only thing I've found is for 74 and later part numbers.

    Lower Radiator Hose

I think I better change it before it decides to change itself. 1991 FJ80 with 3FE engine. Some pictures I'm seeing it looks like there are two hoses, with a note about engine to pipe and radiator to pipe, that was at the NAPA store today and looking online. Other places online it looks like...

    preferred coolant?

Is there a preferred coolant for the 3FE engine? 1991 FJ80, all I know is what's in there now is green and only good to -7F according to the hygrometer. It's clean, I'm thinking if nothing special is necessary for coolant I will drain some out of the radiator, add propylene glycol concentrate...

Rubber gasket found in radiator? Help!

I am about to start the heater T and hose replacement on my 2006 LX470. I pulled the radiator cab off just to take a quick look and found this portion of a rubber type gasket floating in the coolant. Has anyone ever seen this or does anyone have any idea where it may be from?

Anti-Freeze seeping out of radiator overflow

Hi guys. I did a quick search but couldn’t get a direct answer for my question so….. I checked my radiator level before our weekend freeze and the level was a little low. I topped it off with anti-freeze until it spilled over the top. I started the FJ40 and let it run for a few minutes…. it was...

    Radiator hose odd shape

I picked up my truck this afternoon after having the dealership do the timing belt, water pump, and pulley. When I opened the hood, I noticed the radiator hose was almost "vacuumed" together. I was able to squeeze it, and it was mostly empty. I started the truck later, and it's the same shape. I...

    3FE radiator replacement....Liland 1469AA2R ?

I have read a bunch of the threads regarding radiator replacement options for the 3FE as the OEM radiator is no longer available. I am leaning towards the Liland 1469AA2R as it appears to be a direct bolt in for the 1991 - 1992 FJ 80's (mine is a 1991 with 346K on it). The current one is an...

Need to replace my 86 60's radiator - any recommendations?

The title says it all - I had the radiator repaired 2 years ago. It's leaking steady large drops from the middle bottom. I don't want to have it repaired again. So, what to consider and what to avoid? Thanks.

    2LT Radiator Drain Plug Location?

Hey guys, This feels like a stupid question, but I've been digging around for so long trying to not look stupid, it's getting stupid itself. Anyway... Radiator/AC condenser interference advice

I’ve been trying to sort this one out for a few months now, but in the pictures below, you can see my vintage air condenser mounting plate to the radiator is not straight, and therefore binds underneath my hood ever so slightly (on passenger side). I have a small piece of rubber molding right...

    Overheating problem

Ok, my radiator was starting to weep, so I ordered a new Toyota radiator, and was topping off coolant. My wife was just using for dropping kids off at school, but she went a bit further and LC overheated. I had her shut it off when she called. Replaced radiator, thermostat, hoses, and water...

Guys, My 100 has 268k on the original radiator. No leaks or problems so far, but it's turning a little brown on the plastic. Would ya'll recommend replacing this radiator, and if so, what brand would you recommend? Where would be the best place to order one? Thanks in advance for any advice...
