All,
I need some help figuring out why my seat heater isn’t working correctly. There is something not quite right with my wiring.
The problem: I’m not getting heat to the bottom seat pad on High.
Here are the voltage readings I’m getting when selecting Hi or Lo with my switch.

So my heater and AC make a weird noise that you can hear in the video below at 0:11. It lasts for about 10 seconds, and then there is usually a 10-25 second delay before it starts up again. It seems to be louder depending on how cold out it is.
It's something HVAC related obviously, because I...

I found this in an old post by @wngrog on is 67 FJ45 build. Can anyone tell me where the shut off valve (I have the piece that goes into block all ready) and 90 degree came from please.

I could use some troubleshooting suggestions.
I recently got my '76 FJ40 back on the road after a frame off resto. Because the heater and blower still needed to be restored, I initially bypassed the heater valve. My engine has never come up to normal operating temp. The gauge barely comes off...
Fj40 front heater with core. Missing 2 front screws as seen in picture. Did not leak when removed however should be tested before install. $65 plus shipping.
Thanks Dan
I'm looking for a right side defrost duct for my '76 40. It's the one that clears the copper lines to the heater. Preferable with the knockout still in place since I don't have the secondary defrost vents. Also interested in a single copper line cover that goes over the rubber section.
Thanks.

I replaced the original three-piece heater hose...
