Is this any of you guys? If so we’re neighbors

My 86 FJ60 vibrates/shakes once I get it to higher RPMs and above 55mph. It did not do this when I first bought it and I am looking for some ideas on what might be going on. It started vibrating at higher speeds when my old mud terrain tires cupped out. I rotated and rotated but ultimately I had...

The driver's seatbelt in my 60 hasn't retracted since I bought it. The PO tied a knot in the belt to take up the slack, haha! I used it that way for a couple of months but wasn't super confident in it and adjusting the length for someone else meant untying and retying. I hoped the fix would...

Hello! I am driving across the country toward LA and am crashing in a hotel near Denver tonight. My cruiser has been running great but earlier today I noticed a tin-ey rattle. I took a video and sent it to my usual mechanic and he is worried it could be the smog pump, which could damage the...

Free! Decent-ish candidates for a rebuild, use the backing to make your own new templates, etc. Local pickup on Bainbridge Island, WA, don’t have a box for these currently. Hoping someone can use these.

Not-so-great-but-not-terrible console from my 84, it’ll work with trucks with the heater underneath the passenger seat. Fading from age and blue overspray from a sloppy tech who fixed my floor. Cracks could be repaired and the whole console repainted, I’d rather this go to a member in need...

Hi all, I think I may have found a bj60 that would be good for me. before I jump to having my family’s mechanic (who has owned 13 different cruisers) inspect it I thought I would check and see if anyone could give me a ballpark value on it. I wouldn’t anticipate selling (probably ever) but if...

Hey guys (and gals), I am currently living in Paraguay, South America. There are many asian cars driving around here. Speaking of Toyota 4x4’s, there are lots of Toyota Hilux, Hilux Surf, Land Cruisers (of all models from the early J45’s to the new 200). I haven’t quite decided yet, whether...
