I just switched back to my original linkage petal on my 74 and the two bolts for the petal are m8 on it. I can’t speak to other years but 74 at least used m8’s.

Weight is right at 20 lb. Price is OBO.

It’s got a little weight to it. I can try to weight it tomorrow.

Selling a Cool Cruisers FJ40 winch channel. Bought this a couple of years ago but since then I’ve decided to use a different setup. Loosely had it on truck in the garage for a while so it’s dusty, but powder coat is about perfect on it. This is the version for a hawse fairlead. Asking $95...

Update on this in case someone down the road is trying to figure it out. Each stud has 3 small welds. They can be removed by cutting head off, pounding out, and grinding the roll bar foot clean.

I can’t tell for sure, but the sledge hammer started to bend the flange on the bottom of the roll bar when I was trying to beat one out.

Older thread but I’m needing to remove these from my early 74’s factory roll bar as I have several that at some point someone bent or broke. Any suggestions other than just carefully cutting / grinding them off?

Those are the ones. I might try making something before ordering them.

I searched, but didn’t see much in reference to this. What is everyone using for the clips on the grill and 4wd emblems? I think the same clip was used on both up through early 79. I see SOR sells them, just wondered if anyone had come up with another solution.

Thanks for all in help everyone. I didn’t realize my F.5 linkage was different then the later. If anyone has everything together for a 74 let me know. I’m needing the vertical rod that connects from the pedal up to the horizontal rod, the horizontal rod, the small rod at the end and the carb...

Looking for throttle linkage for my ‘74 FJ40. I have the pedal for linkage and am thinking about using a city racer carb, but I’m lacking everything in between. Thanks!

How bad is that rust spot on the back at the lock cylinder? Would it clean up with a wire wheel?

The OEM blade assembly comes with everything right of the wiper arm in your picture. I picked up a new set from my local dealer for $29 ish each last month. You could probably find new blade inserts cheaper but it’s the easiest replacement option.
