I had to enlist the help of a local mechanic much smarter than I. One of the power cables to the starter solenoid I had disconnected and tucked away (near the engine bay fuse box) as I was doing other things. Forgot it existed. Solenoid wasn't getting the signal it needed. Connected that back...

I ended up having a local exhaust shop custom fab one for me. Dropped the truck in the morning, drove home with custom exhaust that evening $900 installed. This was a couple years ago so probably a little more now, but likely much cheaper than importing an off the shelf one.

Sorry for the delay in response, I turned off email notifications from Mud. The ETC ended up calling me out of the blue and giving me the form after reviewing documentation I emailed over in google doc form. I am not exactly sure what led them to that conclusion, but I have a feeling the shop...

Nope, I did the same with my Midland MXT115. Just removed the Ashtray and it's slide hardware, press fits in. It's snug, but give it a tap and say "that's not going anywhere" then you're all set
