I know. and I am still trying to figure that little thing out. No clue how to upload crap off of it. I will try tonight. I have a bunch of footage.

And at 2:12 he lets the air out of the taillight :D

Seems easy enough to solve for a company that works on vintage 4x4's.
Hopefully something simple like needing this griffin radiator i got for half price of new :D

I would like to say thank you to everybody for accepting me in the group. This was my first time wheeling and it was incredible......it won't be the last. My Solara was not up for the task this trip, maby next time it will be off road worthy.:deadhorse:

It was great to have you out with us Adam!! Hope you can make it out again soon, and maybe pick up that 4Runner you were telling us about :)

Adam - Great to meet you - thanks for everything AND . . .I have a 4runner ready for you!

ONSC is AWESOME!!

I really don't know what to say other than thank you, thank you, thank you!
Lydia and I are just overwhelmed. The last think we expected was to drive away from Logan's Run with a new Trail Gear bumper. Thank you Al and Andrea for such a great gift. It is absolutely perfect and just what Logan wanted to install. Thank you Yeti and Mrs. Yeti!!

As for the "bumper fairies", you guys worked your magic without either one of us having any idea what was going on Friday night. I couldn't understand why no one wanted to be around us that night, so we just went to the tent and crashed. Wasn't long after, we heard the sawzall and just figured Fort Knox was cutting on his 4 runner. Didn't give it a second thought. The next morning, went to the head and on the way back I saw a stick on the hood of the LC. As I got closer to the truck, my old eyes saw the stick was the former pipe/crossbar and then I saw the beautiful, new bumper. I wish I had a pic of it to post but Johnny donated his baywatch bouy for presentation, with a can of PBR and Yoohoo on top of the bouy. You guys are just absolutely amazing and Lydia and I want to say thank you guys for helping Al pull this surprise off, and doing the install. I still can't believe we didn't hear anything, other than a couple cuts with the saw. Not even 1 F-bomb!! Thank you everyone, especially Erymer for working with Al on the shipping and organizing a Hamom on Logan's truck; appropriately at Logan's Run!

As for the event, it just seems to get better and better every year. I can't wait to see how ONSC plans to top this years event.

It was great seeing all the old members I know and meeting so many new ones. Thank you all for coming out and making this event so special.

Allen says exactly what I'm thinking, except for the tail light part.
See you guys at the Xmas party!

Best Logan's Run yet!!! So glad I didn't have to miss it. I would have missed out on one helluva good time. The wheelin' was fun, as always. I did lose a tail light that I had replaced less than a week ago, but oh well. One of my lighter trips in terms of carnage! Definitely one of the better events though, in terms of hanging out with a terrific group of Cruiser/Mini-Truck folks, and one Nissan guy who can wheel with me anytime!

I didn't have as much to do with the execution of the event as I have in the past, and I plan on changing that next year, but I've gotta say....John V., Sarah, Johnny, Derek, Jonathon, Eric J., Alex.....you guys straight hit this one out of the park!! Thank you all SO much for all the hard work you put into making the 6th Annual Logan's Run a tremendous success.

Last, but CERTAINLY not least, I want to thank the sponsors of the event. Fred Anderson Toyota (Phil), Land Cruiser Parts & Consulting (Onur), Mickey Thompson, Troll Hole Cruisers (Marshall), PFran, East Coast Gear Supply, TLCA, BRC, Cool Cruisers, and others.... You guys played a huge part in making the event what it was this year! I know that the next time I need anything for my trucks, I will definitely think of you guys first, and I sincerely hope others who attend our event remember you when they need something as well.

Jonathan said everything I wanted to say here and I appreciate it it and wanted to X2 it:

. . .

I want to personally thank @JohnVee and @FJ Junkie for registration packets, raffle ticket distribution, manning the registration bench, cooking the pig and butts, food preparation, and letting me partake of samples of BBQ. Thank you @GLTHFJ60 for pulling this event together and your contribution to making Logan's Run something me and my family and everyone I spoke to such a great event. Thank you @DeeRex for finally organizing our Sponsor list so that we don't have to start from scratch with contacts yet again. I am really excited to see the official Logan's Run photograph that we setup. Thank you @Green Hell Mustang for the photo and the numerous jump squats and trail running activities to get the perfect shot. All of you guys are amazing and did a fantastic job!

Once again, Logan's Run was a HUGE SUCCESS!! As I said during the raffle speech, Logan's Run 2016 was the biggest year yet and was, to the best of my knowledge, the largest event that ONSC has ever hosted!! Still waiting on final numbers, but we ended up with 65-70 driver registrants and between 120 and 130 people total. HOLY CRAP!! Incredible!! Our revenue this year is 162% of what it was last year, just unreal.

This event would not have happened were it not for @JohnVee and @FJ Junkie 's contributions both before and during the event. Thank you John and Sarah for taking care of most of the day-of responsibilities :) The food was incredible as always!!

@DeeRex, @Green Hell Mustang and @fourtrax huge thank you to you for soliciting sponsors!! There's no way we would have drawn in as many people were it not for the amazing job each of you did bringing sponsors in. By far this was the best sponsor turnout we've ever had.

@forrest5000, @fourtrax and @JohnVee thank you for helping me with inspections!! There were a ton to do and I don't think we had one failure. One takeaway from the inspection is that I'd like to start selling First Aid kits at the registration tent along with CBs and fire extinguishers.

Another huge thank you to @Green Hell Mustang for being our club photographer!!

Finally, thank you to everyone else who was an on-site volunteer for food prep, registration tent duties (especially Marie!!). Putting on an event for 120-130 people is no small feat, so we appreciate everyone's help putting it together.

It is my absolute pleasure helping put on this event for the incredible members of ONSC. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, but I truly consider ONSC to be my family, so it is my privilege to be given the opportunity to help organize this event. I will continue doing this as long as you will have me. I appreciate everyone's continued support :D

This year has more or less cemented the fact that we are out-growing the capacity provided by Group Camp. As the year progresses, please think about alternate venues for Logan's Run within the immediate vicinity of the Uwharrie National Forest. If we don't want to move from Group Camp to another venue, then we must look at capping the number of trucks that can attend Logan's Run. Please share your opinions via email, phone call, text, PM or simply a post here.

I'll see a bunch of you at Portsmouth Island, then hopefully even more at the X-Mas party this December.

Thanks again everyone!!!

Scott Fields with UORTC has that huge field right across from the Outpost.

I like the idea as it is an ideal location for new comers, close to gas and outpost. And incase of an emergency closer to main road/help/cell service.

After this years event my worry about this location is lack of shade and heat.

After this years event my worry about this location is lack of shade and heat.
I love the Badin Lake Campground. It provides lots of shade and the trees keep the noise down. As LR gets bigger each year, Badin Lake CG won't be a sustainable location.

I like the idea of UORTC for the event, there is a large camping area by the tree line plus a larger one to the south, with trees and shade, that you can't see from the road.

But, one thing they dont have is showers or flushing toilets. Portapoties only, so that could be a show stopper for many as it has been a camping requirement in the past. This below gives you an idea of the camping being used for the American Adventurist event in 2 weeks.
