Sure, these pictures will help. THe below pictures show a typical "threaded blade". This means it's either an I or T style blade.
You have to remove the screw from your existing remote. Sometimes that screw has metal threads (very fine) and screws directly into the blade. You can see the brass threads once you remove the screw (as seen in the pics below). If you have one of the rare U style key blades, the screw will have wider threads and you will not see any brass in the screw hole. You will just see black plastic.
If you have metal threads, you're all good. If you have plastic threads, I'd buy a fresh blank.
