It's called hiding, which is what frauds and criminals do when they're avoiding their creditors because they can't produce product OR pay back pre-order payments taken while KNOWING his suppliers had cut him off and he couldn't deliver product.

Just to be clear, I am not a party to this involuntary bankruptcy petition. A user posted in this thread a while back that something was in the works. This may be that.

The problem with Chapter 7 is that it may only effect business assets so he liquidates the few assets he has, and the rest of the debt is wiped awat. Pelfrey did the same thing and reopened later under a new name.

I’ve seen that done, also employees know it’s ending so pay will not happen so they walk with assets also.
