Which Diff Oil should I use in my FJ 40

I need to change the oil on my FJ 40's diffs, 3.70.

Which Oil should I use....Kindly guide...

just a heads up, make sure to get the fill plug loose first before draining the oil.

Sage advice. Also, use a 6-point socket and not a 12-point.

X2 forgot about that tip, also you can grind the socket flat to get full contact. it will make sence when you look at the socket.
