wow, looks great!

Replaced my 8" rear end with a Toyota 8.2", swapped the 2.0 Icons to the 2.5 Piggybacks, replaced the OME medium coils with Icon 3" overland series, and added some MT extended brake lines.

Tomorrow is the hard stuff...installing some Extremepara grab handles for the back seat.

Since I changed so many things all at the same time, it's hard to isolate what's what. That being said, my truck hasn't ridden this nice in quite some time. I attribute some of it to the larger Piggyback shocks. The whole set up is a firm ride but very, very comfortable. There is no jarring or hard vibration when ridding over potholes or train tracks. You feel them but it is like they have been bubble wrapped. The main thing I am happy about with this whole process is that everything is quiet. For whatever reason the swap cleared up the bump/thud at start and stop, and several concerning noises coming from the back end of the truck. I would recommend the coils over the OME mediums and I like the extra height so overall I am very pleased.

Here is a link to the thread I put together on the swap.

Another 8.2 swap

Worked on the half doors. I only worked on them for about half the day but I got the driver side about 75% done. Hopefully finish them both up tomorrow.

Looks good
sizing, tweaking the panels is the hard part you'll probably fly through the rest tomorrow!

Had an inverter laying around. Installed it in rear of the 80.
