Well in the last week and a bit - Welded plates into rusted sections of my front guards/front panel/bezel, 2k primer, gloss black top coat, refitted, disassembled drivers door, welded up all the cracks, freed up and reattached the door stop, gave the cab a good clean out, fitted original style indicators and fixed wiring. Welded the front tray braces. Tightened rear number plate. Replaced Clutch fork return spring.

Think that's about it.

sweet front bumper!! did u make it?

Wow! Mine is a work in progress. Unfortunately its a non running work in progress. However I ground some old metal tabs off of ny rear tank. I added x bars on the drivers side cage in the door area and fabbed up a heater control (water flow) bracket on the cross bar under the dash.

Nah man. It did however radically impact my decision to buy it :D Got to re-wire the spotties and get a bit of rust out of some of the welds on it.

Ill add to my list of previous stuff - This afternoon I rebuilt the park brake, including new shoes, and then broke something in the transfer case and now im stuck in 4L:censor:

Drove home doing 30 miles an hour. On the upside I didn't have to change gears... :bang:

Oh and I crammed a 80 series speedometer into my dash cluster. Seemed like a better idea than getting a 40 series one from a wreckers and having it crap out after a month....

After 18 months of rebuiling the engine of BUSTDRS I got off of my butt and fetched the old girl ,drove 500kms to run the engine in and registered it .....hoo bloody ray!!!!!

Steam cleaned the engine bay in preparation for a little powder coating on various parts....then took a little drive around behind my house.
