Jesse, can you upload a pic of the other side of the bumperette? I installed the half tire carrier and will be doing the same thing soon but might have an issue on the left side as the bumperette curves outward vs the space to bolt it.

I’ll get a pic when I get back into the shop. Remember there’s a left and right bumperette.Jesse, can you upload a pic of the other side of the bumperette? nothing a little hot wrench, hammer and a vice cant fix.Don’t be afraid to choose violence if they get out of hand.
Factsnothing a little hot wrench, hammer and a vice cant fix.
I went with Rustoleum Smoke Grey and my only regret is not painting them white.Just bought some 15" steel wheels and caps to replace the wagon wheels. Debating on painting them gray or pewter (or whatever color the glove box/gauge cluster is called)
Here’s the other side.nothing a little hot wrench, hammer and a vice cant fix.
It was hard not to blast both sides and make sure they matched exactly- a little grey on the bare metal that was cut will protect for a long time.Actually @Jdc1 that looks laser clean… nice job. The rear brake proportioning valve mount you made for mine is equally clean radius corners and fit !!
Gotta give credit where credit is due, as they say.
They Look good!!!I went with Rustoleum Smoke Grey and my only regret is not painting them white.
