Hey Malleus, its been a while and thanks for the call out. I check this thread fairly often, but not recently enough to have seen post #39,496.
I have found the drawing and added some dimensions to it. Pretty simple, but hopefully this helps. I should have also drawn a dimension line in the lower right corner to make it more clear the the side to side length of 13.25 includes a 1" lip that should be bent. All of the other bends are also 1". [Edit] - I have updated the drawing...Hey Malleus, its been a while and thanks for the call out. @Augustiron, regarding your question "I also have to extend the tub where it meets the fender", I have inserted two pics below, but there are more photos of repairs that I made to the lower cowl corner on post #24 of my 1977-fj40-rebuild-focus-on-custom-stainless-tub thread. I also believe I have a drawing of this patch panel and will post dimensions if I can find it.

Sorry, actually seat covers. They are from Cruiser Corps. I had newish foam already .Where’d you source the seats?
Now that you know how to install, time to uninstallGot my top back on for winter… although I may have drug my feet and waited too late.
