Even had the OG floormat in it.
Not sure OG floormat is. Did you alert the owner to the bezel issue? Was it a 75 or a 76?

Didn't really notice the specifics on the year, and I'm 100% certain the owner doesn't care about the orientation of the bezel. All in all it looked to be a pretty complete rig with some sweet patina.
Does "done with" count?

I put new rubber on the clutch and brake peddles. I like to drive barefoot and it makes it so much better with good pads.
Matt you might need a break from these knobs, it looks like you're doing this in you shower.
Who knew Irish Spring was the secret to restoring these knobs.

After missing out on NOS FJ40 86530-35020 horn relays for sale, @ToyotaMatt came through with his new reproductions of the original Maruko Keihoki relays that are NLA. These relays are for FJ4#,55 10/69 - 7/80.. My horn now works as it should. It’s satisfying installing factory correct parts.

Realized that all this smog equipment is a gut job. Ordered a header from JT and developed a game plan to sneak a Mosley kit onto it without the wife catching on. Also decided to rip the manual box off for a degrease and refurb.

I have a RED HEAT LAMP and Exhaust fan right above
both aid in FLASH drying the COLORED PIGMENT i use on them
not to mention my Granit ledge is a Natural setting back ground to shoot photos of all black knob on , NO glare at all

DHL just Dropped off my 2nd Stamped MARK Heads JIS JAPAN Bolts Order ,
i diched the dreary #4 heads , to change up to ALL mark #7 's
however , they actually make a #8 mark head in both 25mm Long threads and 40mm long too
i have more coming from them too on its way from UNICORN LAND ........

I have Faithfully Reproduced the Nickle retainer Chain for ALL 4/86 and Earlier BIG CAP Land Cruisers
a OEM Cap still comes with a Hole pre made into the Ear of Cap end , so why not re-introduce a VINTAGE CONCEPT Safety Chain kit to it .........

He was actually stopped at a BBQ joint. A crappy BBQ joint, but still. We skipped the phony, tri-tip smothered in sauce, BBQ, for the better option of local cold beer.
