Brought it back to OEM height. Removed a 3/4 leaf spring, BFG 33 10.5 15 muds changed for BFG 30's all terrains and HFS stouts swapped for Toyota OEM and 4 3/4 shackles swapped with OEM height. Dropped about 3 3/4 inch and the ride is night and day. Tracks amazing, much smoother, even more fun to drive.

Thanks, the tape was from Amazon and came in a 12 pack of 3.5" x 12" strips. The rock guards I believe were bought from Specter Off Road many years ago. I don't think they carry them anymore.

Don't use those break lines. The one from the axle to the frame is fine. However, those other two just are sh!t. Run hard lines from the union to close to the caliper, and a short flex line from the hard line to the caliper.

Also, you just need to let go and listen to Rachel, she is always right. She has a much better mechanical sense than you do.

Continued work on my wind shield frame.

Okay, today was good until I took on one project to many.

The Good.
Replaced the heater valve, put on hub caps, replaced the hood hinge bolts and added weatherstrip for the hinges, replaced all of the windshield hinge bolts, and replaced the jump seat straps.

The Bad
Still have an issue with my wiper motor. Check wire connectivity and two wires weren't showing connectivity. Bright me decided to cut all of the wires from the harness and rewire. No luck. Now I will have to rewire everything from the wiper switch and I have no idea where to start. I'm toast, so that's going to have to be another project for another day.

Painted some sheet metal to test a couple colors I am considering for paint. Not sure if you can tell from the pic, but the red is flat. Leaning toward the gray or red - Any thoughts on any of these?

After having carburetor and leaky rear brake issues all summer, I finally had a chance to hit a few forest service roads for a shakedown run. Cruiser performed perfectly and it was great just being in the woods.

Scraped old rear liner, prepped and sprayed in new liner.

Got the new fuel tank mounted up along with my hitch. I don’t have the sending unit yet so I will have to pull it back out in a couple weeks. Next will be cutting the fender to mount the filler.
