Nice. I've been watching the thread and waiting in the TR's to become available. I'm hoping they are comparable to your JP.

@CrowleyFJ40 is doing the same. There were some recent pics and they looked nice, as they should be as a successor to the JP.

I don’t have much to baseline in the way of these things, but it was well packaged and feels solid to the touch. It is quiet and cooled down in the back of the 100 pretty quick.

Speaking of cervesa cooling, got the fridge slide fab finished today. Just need to paint it get it mounted.

Does your fridge tilt for better access?
I’m not that short!
I thought about making a drop slide but this is still easy enough for access and has been given the :princess: approval. And at 55” in length it didn’t need to be any heavier. Ultimately the fridge will move to the teardrop camper someday... if I ever get around to building it.

Disassembled the 1HDT - #4 & #6 pistons were cracked/damaged and #4 had stuck rings (probably explains the blue smoke), and a decent score in one of the crank main bearing journals. Plastigage'd all of the bearings and all were within spec. Thrust on the crank was good. Thrust on the rods were near the edge of the limit.

Looks like I need pistons, liners, bearings, rods, and gasket kit. I'll have to see what my machinist thinks of the score in the crank main - may have to get the crank turned.
