Checked under the oil cap this morning. I think this puts me on team No Catch Can Needed.I had a bit of time to get a couple things done to the LX yesterday. I replaced the PCV valve. 3 minute job and a $6 part. The original was seized. It's supposed to rattle when shaken, but my old one is totally gunked up. I'm thinking that this is going to fix the milkshake under the oil cap that I have been noticing lately. If not, I might add a catch can, but I think the new PCV valve fixed that issue.
Everyone that isn't on a racetrack is in team no catch can needed.Checked under the oil cap this morning. I think this puts me on team No Catch Can Needed.

You ordered a black set, but I can send you a clear anodized set instead. Will these be black when i get em? I dont mind either way. My UCAs are raw too. I like how the silver bits are just barely visible underneath.

Clear hard anodize will look like the recovery point, the skid is uncoated aluminum. What do y’all think?
Should i match these for poser points?

My westcott was in black though but thats all hidden. These both would be a little hidden easter egg for my otherwise sleeper look.
I think if its not too much trouble for you silver? Forum losers? What say you?

My black front tow points have already faded into a sort of grey/silver on the front so might as well get the clear ano. Unfortunate side effect of anodized parts at times, I’ve seen black turn to brown and purple as well.
Can you post a picture, anodizer was suppose to use inorganic dye, which should hold up to UV light. My black front tow points have already faded into a sort of grey/silver on the front so might as well get the clear ano. Poor anodizing. Sailboat masts and hardware used to be trendy in black, the type and thickness lasted years in sun and salt air.Even the westcott collar and kit had a purple tinge to it. Kind if wish i went raw now.
The grille and roof look great! So my 2013 Lexus Was kinda busy for few weeks, painted the roof jet black and half the spoiler, installed F sport grill, installed sport body kit, installed osram 7000k headlights bulbs, led fog lights, led interior lights and side steps, tinted the whole truck 5% all windows 35% windshield. Ordered vline grom system and sealed the carpet with plastic "dealer must remove protective cover" after a interior detail. My next project is to chrome delete and wrap the mirrors with gloss black wrap. View attachment 3225129
