What have you done to your 200 Series this week?

Ah yes, now I remember your screen name as well. Done any mods on the LC (trying to find some time to change: seat belt warning and enable to overtaking blinks with Launch CReader Elite).

Did an oil change and tire rotation and found a bubble in one of the 9interior sidewalls so took the opportunity to upgrade the tires on my 2021 to BFG KO3's 285/70 R18's. I have been planning for this upgrade for a while so had already installed 1.25" Spidertrax wheels spacers. What I hadn't yet done is install the Anderson Overland Outfitters KDSS Max Relo kit, which I did today, along with trimming my fender liners and removing the mudflaps in the front. No rubbing at all now and the new tires look great and I swear that they're a lot quieter than the KO2's that were removed.

Is the install as easy it looks? Unbolt one side at a time and slip the spacer in?

Most people pull the front liners forward and heat them up to reshape. You are going to have all kinds of gunk being flung in there now.

Basically. Getting the swaybar brackets to install was the hardest part. I had to deviate from the install instructions by attaching the end links first and then bolting the brackets which required a combination of a ratchet strap and brute force to get it in place.

Certainly something I considered and have done in the past. Cutting just made more sense to me this time. But don’t you mostly lose these when doing a front bumper anyway?

Depends on the bumper. A traditional bull bar has panels that bolt under the bumper to keep muck out.

Dang seeing more transmissions being replaced with 200 series getting up there in miles. How many miles were on the transmission? Trying to get a sense when I may need to keep an eye on things.
Mine was at 320k on the original when I got the dreaded codes. Getting the new trans put in within the next few weeks.

Hey Jeff looks like you could use a DR KDSS panhard bar correction bracket.
Dude!
I’m unaware of this product. What’s it do and why do I need one?? My addiction has me VERY curious.

Looked it up and ordered the part!! Thanks for bringing this to my attention!!
