Is the install as easy it looks? Unbolt one side at a time and slip the spacer in?Did an oil change and tire rotation and found a bubble in one of the 9interior sidewalls so took the opportunity to upgrade the tires on my 2021 to BFG KO3's 285/70 R18's. I have been planning for this upgrade for a while so had already installed 1.25" Spidertrax wheels spacers. What I hadn't yet done is install the Anderson Overland Outfitters KDSS Max Relo kit, which I did today, along with trimming my fender liners and removing the mudflaps in the front. No rubbing at all now and the new tires look great and I swear that they're a lot quieter than the KO2's that were removed.

Basically. Getting the swaybar brackets to install was the hardest part. I had to deviate from the install instructions by attaching the end links first and then bolting the brackets which required a combination of a ratchet strap and brute force to get it in place. Is the install as easy it looks? Unbolt one side at a time and slip the spacer in?
Certainly something I considered and have done in the past. Cutting just made more sense to me this time. But don’t you mostly lose these when doing a front bumper anyway? Most people pull the front liners forward and heat them up to reshape. You are going to have all kinds of gunk being flung in there now.

22.25mm, assuming the heritage is 54mm (stock LC 200What effective offset does that provide?
I thought they were 54 (or is it 56)...They are +60 so the 1.25" spacer is 31.75mm so 60-31.75 = +28.25

Yep, the Heritage wheels are 60mm offset. The traditional LC 200 wheels (2016+) are 54mm offset.
See you’re in TX. Where’d you have it done and how much $?Dry ice blasted the engine bay!

What year is your 200?Had the starter replaced. Died on me at 127k.
2011 LX570What year is your 200?
Mine was at 320k on the original when I got the dreaded codes. Getting the new trans put in within the next few weeks.Dang seeing more transmissions being replaced with 200 series getting up there in miles. How many miles were on the transmission? Trying to get a sense when I may need to keep an eye on things.
Hey Jeff looks like you could use a DR KDSS panhard bar correction bracket.May name is Jeff and I am addicted to buying parts for my LC200.
Today's mods include a recently acquired Dissent front bumper (used)
Added the ComeUp Slim 12.5 winch and Firestone airbags to help with the load. View attachment 4094099View attachment 4094100View attachment 4094101View attachment 4094103
