Replaced every single fluid and tinted the windshield 40%, should've gone darker as you can tell in the mountain photo, it's clear as day. Also tossed on the SCS wheels last week on new Nitto RG G3's. Not pictured is the oem front strut spacer, got too dark for a photo.

Windshield tint is my favorite modification.
I'm shoe-horning this in. I went back and forth over adding tint for security reasons. I finally went with Bray security windshield film which is added to the outside of the windshield to protect against rocks. I believe it's worked as I think that twice on our last mega-trip rocks were thrown up as we drove through construction sites. Cauthion though, this type of film scratches.

Minor maintenance day
Engine and cab air filters plus a new overflow cap. Old one was missing gasket.

Thrilled to find more surprises 🙄
Upside down OE filter and a broken diverter door. Sure signs of a dealer service tech.

Replaced my car filters also! Luckily the cabin filter door wasn’t broken.
Both filters were dirty. Is your air filter made in the US? I got the one thats made in Japan.

The old one appeared to be OE made in Vietnam Denso. The new one is a Denso made in America bought from the dealership.

Car threw a P0101 code a few miles into driving on the new air filter.
Took the air filter off, reseated it, cleaned the MAF (looked clean?) and also the throttle body. Hopefully it doesn't come back.
Doesn't seem like anything else got disconnected.
Any guess on why it would throw that code? Doubt it's a coincidence.
The P0101 code indicates a "Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit Range/Performance" issue, meaning the computer detects incorrect air volume readings. It is commonly caused by a dirty or faulty MAF sensor, vacuum leaks, or dirty air filters. Symptoms include rough idle, poor acceleration, and stalling.

Aftermarket MAF?

Use MAF cleaner not brake cleaner or other if you're trying to clean it.

Swapped out the old Tough Dog setup for OME MT64s all around and finally installed the Firestone Coil-Rite 4164 airbags in the rear.

Truck came to me with TD adjustables up front (cranked to 8/9 over the past couple years); TD shocks were replaced with OME Nitrocharger Sports a while back after they started leaking. It rode fine, but felt a little soft/wallowy when loaded for weekend camping.

Kept the TD 931L rear springs, added MT64 front + rear, and installed the airbags that have been sitting on my shelf for a year 😅

Minimal height change (exactly what I wanted):

Old TD:
FL 21.25
FR 21.5
RR 22.5
RL 23.5

New MT64 (settled after ~75 miles):
FL 22
FR 22
RR 23
RL 24

So basically ~1/2” gain and kept the rake.

Biggest difference is control and balance. Truck feels more composed. "Plush" but not soft, more planted, and all the little squeaks/rattles are gone! Should’ve installed the airbags a year ago. Better late than never. We'll load it up next month and give the airbags a proper workout.

Man these full replacement fronts from Dissent look great. I've been trying to find a used one for a while - if you come across another, let me know!
I've seen at least one Dissent front bumper for sale in the Land Cruiser groups on Facebook just last week. If I happen to see it pop up again, I will let you know.

Let me know if you a see a rear one!

I want to switch mine.
what do you currently have and why do you want to change it?
