Did the OME thing this week as well, just the rears to go now.

I replaced most of the wear items in my front suspension. Only broke one ABS wire while doing it. Overhauled the calipers.

Next, it’s ahc. And replacing an ABS wire.

You repairing AHC or replacing???? I know where to find parts for AHC 😉
Just exchanging fluid. It works well even at 198,000 miles on my 2008.

If you’ve got some deal for a VRGS unit, that’s more up my alley since I have been getting a warning light occasionally for a couple of years now. Can’t seem to suss out what it might be; sometimes the light comes on immediately, sometimes it comes on after a 4 Hour drive as I roll into the driveway

Had OME stock height rear springs and front leveling kit installed today. Rides great and very happy with slight lift. Will be upgrading tire size slightly but dont plan on going above 33's.

Recently added the Long Range America 26 gallon aux tank which deletes the spare tire space. That's fine because I had already moved up to 35" tires which can't fir in that space anyway. Rig'd had recently come out with the Ramble Swing Pro for the 200 Series so I purchased that. Very happy with the build quality. The tire doesn't move, shake or squeak. There's plenty of room for accessories if I choose to add them but I doubt I will. Airbags may be in the near future to offset all the weight I've added to the back of the truck.

Auxiliary fuel tank is the very best mod for these trucks. That's next on my list. Tire swing looks good.

It's Bulky for sure but it serves its purpose. I live in SoCal and intend to drive the truck without the spare most of the time but obviously plan to throw it on for any offroading/overlanding. having 50+ gallons of fuel is a game changer for me!!!
Aidan at Long Range America is one of the easiest people to work with. I happened to be driving through Boise on my way home from doing the Wyoming BDR over the summer. He opened his shop on a Sunday so I could grab the tank and bring it back to California since we can't have nice things here. (tanks are illegal to ship to California now )

Looks good. I have that same wheel and tire, only 33” DIA. Yours has to weigh close to 100lbs? Be interesting to see how the hitch mount holds up.

Dont forget to move the license plate. A blocked plate is not allowed in MI.

@napir you are dialed in sir. Truck looks awesome!
Give us some more details on the 295 KO3 fitment. Lift, spacers? Kdss relo?
Thanks, pretty happy with it for now. I wanna add sliders and will be going with a Tundra IFS swap, but for now King 2.5s at ~2.25" lift, Bilstein 53-292018 rear springs, 1.5" wheel spacers.

No KDSS relo yet, will keep an eye on it. Rubbing on the front bumper's lower edge and need to get creative with the heat gun, likely wouldn't rub with thinner spacers, but then would probably be hitting the KDSS...tradeoffs.

And what was wrong with the 275s?

siberian
Absolutely nothing. Perfectly good tires for the 200, switching was totally illogical, tho they're a little softer (in a good way) than the 275s at 38psi.

We did a large part of the WY BDR a few years ago, it was great but we got caught out in a quick rainstorm that turned the road into some of the worst mud I’ve ever encountered and this is from a southern redneck with years of experience in Georgia red clay. It didn’t look that bad but it was so slick and sticky.
