What are you guys using for pic hosting. I've used photobucket for absolutely forever but have been having issues with the app recently so I wanted to try something different.

Flickr is what I use. I used Photobucket for a long time and switched a few years ago.

I just use the built in image hosting

Found a CNET article on the different image hosting services. I've used photobucket for several years on various forums, their app isn't the greatest, but it has served me well enough.

Thats funny you say that because i was just reading that article I believe. I just downloaded the google plus app and will see how that goes. I'd probably keep using photbucket but right now my app is useless. I can't get to any photos. Most of the time I post from my phone so the app has to work. I even tried to just use safari and that didn't work either. I'll try flicker also and just see which works best for my uses.

@Ramathorn-I don't like using the built in hosting because I've seen images disappear before so I've always chosen to host my own. Thats just me though.

1. Took out center consol to remove unsightly wood grain ugliness

2. Installed new Yaesu 3200 radio in preparation for early November trip (temo mount with bungy cord D'oh)

3. Took apart master window switch to clean and reinstall....and check wiring for fraying at the door-body joint.

New windshield and OEM wiper blades. Sooooo much nicer than the Trico NeoForms I tried this morning, then promptly returned.

Changed out the oil from PO. To Mobil 1 synthetic extended and Prolong engine treatment. Then drove it from Los Angeles to Kansas City. Where I will be for at least a week for work. Pic below is taken off the I-70 in viewing area, eastern Utah.

That is gorgeous.

Just curious, but why don't you post the images directly to Mud?

*edit; just saw your post above...but I think the ones that disappear are externally hosted, aren't they? I seem to think @woody said that somewhere...

How did you prep the wheel before applying the PD? How many coats and did you remove the wheel from the truck when you did them?

Completed a 90k mile service as PM on my 211k mile LX.

Replaced TB/WP, radiator, heater T's (PS T crumbled on both ends, DS had been replaced recently with non-OEM T. Replace your T's!) and just about every hose, idler, tensioner, pulley, clamp, seal and belt. Took a weekend and 4 days working a few hours after work, about 20 hours in all. Roughly 163 visits to NAPA and Home Depot :hillbilly:. I worked slowly and found this to be a very rewarding experience.

I relied heavily on scottm's Timing Belt for Dummies writeup (Timing Belt for Dummies writeup) and spressmon's 90K Starter replacement guide (90K and Starter replacement job). Those two guides and the following input from other Mudders allowed this 1/4 banana mechanic to not completely destroy his truck lol. Thanks guys! None of it is terribly difficult and the job is quite simple if you take the time to label things properly and take lots of notes/pictures.

Throttle body was very dirty. Cleaning it solved the stalling/AF learning problem I had experienced after ECU resets. The timing belt itself had hairline cracks all over it. No evidence of the belt having been done but it did not have any markings so not sure if it was OEM. The idlers looked worn and were slightly noisy. WP looked okay.

All told, glad I did this.

@RobRed Wow that does look great with the drawer system. Might as well remove that rear view mirror while you're in there considering you won't be able to see sh*t out the back:flipoff2:
