Finally removed the rear spoiler! Replaced the factory bolts with Stainless and used rubber seals and Silicone. View attachment 1195846
I forget the site offhand but a search will turn it up. You can get a rattlecan of matched paint to hit the bolts with to blend a little. That is unless it's a dedicated trail rig and it doesn't matter/you don't care.
I never liked the spoiler.

Just had a Pioneer AVH-4700BS installed with a backup camera. Really gave the dash a facelift.

Replaced the hood struts. Finally. I am posting this as a consumer alert. I am an AMZN power user and so when I went to order my supports and I searched for "lift support depot" (LSD) and found a page that represented to be selling hood struts made by LSD. Turned out they were shipped by a Chinese co called LL Auto Parts Store. I figured it was a registered LLC or some other legal difference but was still LSD. They even use photos from liftsupportdepot.com. Direct copy/paste. I didn't even put it together until the struts came and didn't have the ball-head nuts to install. I called LSD and was told that this is an ongoing problem but AMZN won't do anything about it. The good news is I emailed the Chinese co, they sent the ball-studs. I called them out on not being LSD struts and they said they would refund my money and when I said I wasn't paying to ship misrepresented items back to China they said ok, just keep 'em. I tried to post this info on an AMZN review but it was denied because you can only comment on the product not the seller. Soooooo, I just wanted to share that and if you want struts from Lift Support Depot, buy direct. I will next time. Today I went ahead and installed the "free" Chinese struts since I had them and the ball-studs came in the mail to my surprise yesterday. I doubt the quality if these long term, but they hold the hood up for now where the pair on it when we bought it 3 mos ago wouldn't hold it up at all.

Yeah, I am careful on scAmazon now because of chit like that

Bought a 98 LX
Installed a new radio and four speakers
Fixed the horn
Put in new hood struts, hatch struts and tailgate cables
Removed tinting from every window (this sucked)
Replaced all brakes
Replaced front lower control arms
Replaced LX torsion bars with LC bars
Replaced all front sway bar bushings
New LED backup lights

It's been a busy week. Removing the tinting was probably 16 hours. I don't know why anyone would want to cover up the amber windows!

Be interested to see how much of a difference that chip makes.

Performance chip claims to safely optimize air/fuel mixture and timing curve for performance and gas efficiency. Overall, I am satisfied with a healthy power gain as a result of K&N Intake, Catback Exhaust Upgrade, TT Denso Plugs, Air Filter clean/oil, and fuel filter change. Hard to say what component did how much as I did all at the same time, but I can assure you I am ready for KOH Home
Baja Bug is my other toy
I'll be looking for Landcruisers, see you then hopefully!

LabRak isn't making/selling those brackets anymore.
I think labrak makes a sweet set of rear light mounts that use those spoiler bolts positions. FWIW.

New front and rear pads

Kit on the way to refoam all 4 door woofers. Driver side passenger woofer foam was found to be deteriorated as well. Figured I'd refoam all of them as they'll fail eventually with a rig going on 13 years since leaving the assembly line.

Also, set of 4 BFG LT305/65R18 AT T/A KO 2 arrived today. Going to mount onto 2014 Tundra 18" alloys after I get them repainted satin/matte black.
