First tow with the new to us LC. I know, I know, pushing the limits a little but hey, go big or go home right!!

Installed my $114 eBay snorkel and switched out the power antenna for a tundra whip style( I still need to get the antenna). The quality and fit are very good for the price! There are a few minor blemishes but nothing real noticeable. We will see how it holds up over time. And one thing this has that the arb doesn't, is the antenna cut out.

I normally don't like buying knock offs but some things are just way over priced for what you get.

Took a Beer Trek (#3) up north and hit some great breweries. 1,500 miles in 5 days, very relaxed trip. On the way back from Grand Rapids today, I noticed a couple of dash gauges acting wonky (that's the technical term) and pulled out my new tablet running techstream to see what it showed - everything was fine according to the OBD port. Passenger noticed some water in the floorboard and said the bottom of the coils were wet - figured it was some water in some wiring, and sure enough as the day cooled and AC ran less, gauges came back.

This was the setup to watch for anomalies:

Hello, what mount is that iPhone in?
Thanks

Are you using THIS center mount for the base? I've been looking for a mount similar to yours but the ones on ProClips website seem like would block the controls on my aftermarket head unit.
Yes, my problem too! I have a 2001. I'm in Yuma AZ and cannot be blocking any A/C vents. Doesn't look like the '03 one will fit our 00 and 01.

Number 3 coil pack popped and while changing that I managed to drop a small extension with the 10mm socket on it and even after taking off the belly pan, skid plate and wheel using a magnet etc still cannot recover it. Worst part is every time I hit a bump it rattles making a metal on metal sound.

After adding a bumper a while back the stock shocks which I love the ride on without the bumper and with torsions cranked could not quite hack it so I swapped all to ironman foam cell. The ride is a little stiffer, corners flatter but its still very comfortable almost like stock.

Those speakers seem like a really good deal. I seriously need to do this. Nice work @costalcat , please let us know how it all sounds once completed.

@yotasavg Just a quick follow up on the speakers. As of right now I opted to not put the tweeters in the rear. There is so much high end coming from the front that I just did the 6's in the back with the crossover and holding on the tweeters for now. Sounds great I may go back in and add the tweeters but it really has a nice full sound with out being to much on the high end...

Aweseme to hear, I'm going to order a set of those and just do the front doors for now while I'm replacing my lock motors... they're driving me nuts and it seems like a shame to not take care of the blown speakers while the door panel is off.

Side thought: Does anyone know where I should look to fix a squeal in my driver side window when I roll it down? Only happens for the top few inches.
