4x4 labs rear bumper.... order came from Luke who designs a super sick bumper. very beefy, very well thought out, awesome lines and obviously good approach angles. to keep cost down I ordered the basic kit only. very affordable. I particularly like the hi lift access points.
there were a few parts missing which was a bummer seeing how far away I am but Luke eventually made good on his end. Hes a good guy for sure
not being a welder I brought the kit to Jason from Cruisin off road who did a miracle job fitting and welding the bumper together. as you can imagine its easy for Lukes precision cuts to line up perfectly on his jig but every truck is slightly different and believe you me these bumper kits require some serious fab skills to make it line up perfect. trimming and cutting and slight modification was required and Jason did a bang up job. he also built the two swings outs using his system and slightly modified it to my likings.
the main tire swing out is perfect, I havent decided what im going to use the 2nd swing out for. likely fuel carrier....

after powdercoating the finished product is amazing, couldnt be happier. everything was powder coated except the 2nd swing out arm. we will powder coat that after we build the fuel carrier.....

total weight with tire approx 250 lbs. some weight was removed when the cross member was cut out and the factory trailer hitch was tosse.

I took the opportunity to aso swap in heavy weight springs.

thanks to 4x4 Labs Luke and big thanks to Jason from Cruisin off road

@ProvoCruiser Off topic I know, but did you have to remove those rear vents to plastidip them or did you just spray them while they were still on the truck?

Successfully changed the front diff oil via some old school ramps. I didn't have enough clearance with 2x4 under tires previously, so broke both bolts loose on dads ramps. Might be 20 years old, but they did the job to gain clearance with the breaker bar!
