Installed a Yellow Box speedometer calibration device to correct for my 33" tires. Looking forward to improved gas mileage (as measured by the Info: Trip Info screen on the factory nav)...and to not having to do math while driving.

Moved my ARB Sahara bar, African Outback rack and Speski cargo barrier from my 2001 LC to my wife's 1999 LC.

I'm really happy with mine as well. I haven't decided on the side wings yet actually. I think they look super cool and really finish it nicely, but I think I'm going to go without for a little while to see if I like it better. I think the sides might be useful for soft stuff like sleeping bags and extra jackets which I don't want to use up valuable space inside the drawers for. To be honest, I have no idea what the side wings look like on the inside however so it's hard to decide. Did you get them? Do they have dividers or anything inside or it just hollow space?

Yes, it's empty space, but useable for things like rear power distribution, CB/HAM radio installs, air compressor, etc.. it's perfect for those things!

Took the '06 stock daily driver and did a light touch on it -- New TJM Shocks (XGS Gold - won at 100sintheHills), OME866 Springs and cranked the stock T-Bars. Went up a size on the tires - trying out the General Grabber AT2's based on feedback from Clay @ExpeditionOverland.
(yes I know he's sponsored, but he gave me valuable and direct, honest feedback).

Wow, should have replaced the run-out suspension sooner! (And I should have known that based on my '99!)

Much better stance!

Downy in the power steering fluid - can confirm it works.
Replacing homebrew LEDS (bad idea), with Pfran's.
Oh, and bedlined the f'r. bedlined2.webp bedlined.webp

I think I saw your rig on the way home yesterday from downtown D. Were you over by Booker T in the Arts District around 6:30 PM?

Yes I was, was on the phone having a spirited discussion with the wife. Nice plate btw, thinking of getting one just like it (I have SD plates).

The last days i was thinking about to make my 100 black matt like this special rough material.
What kind of material is it and how it's to work with it?

Thanks, Mike
I'll do a thread on it, but its Raptor Liner. Really easy to work with provided you have patience and a mid range air compressor.

Without question its not as nice as Line-x or Rhino Lining, but at about 10% of the cost I'm extremely happy. Its definitely not for everyone though.

New seat covers. Not as nice as MetricTLC but didnt want to wait another month or two...so ordered from Leatherseats.com Not perfect match but well made and fitment is good. I got two front seats including console...headrests and armrests included. Now for drivers door handle and steering wheel.
