I actually torqued the lug nuts for the front wheels. 76 lb-ft seems so low I had to do it at 78 and then I pushed some more past that point.
In the past I used a method known to me for ages. It does not require a torque wrench. I just step on the OEM wrench. BAM! 180 lb-ft no sweat.
Washed some cars
Removed the front axle.
