Thanks for the information.... man everything has gotten so expensiveThere are a lot of variables involved. My current goal is to try to keep an OEM style setup (FJ gauge cluster, shifter, etc) using the donor LS harness & PCM.
My parts list is already at $7K (drivetrain included) and could easily hit $10K. A built engine or standalone ECU, harness, and conversion boxes could quickly add more.
I'm hoping to keep costs down using what parts I can source from the donor car, lower cost spare parts from friends, online sales, etc.
