finally installed a set of KC cyclones under truck 6 total as rock lights wiring runs thru frame where possible all armored protected. And kept them one a factry switch and fused through the bussman fuseblock under the hood. ended up drilling and tapping 1/4-20 for mounting. @GW Nugget

Got it from a mud guy in MI. He has a 100 but one of the bolt holes lined up perfect. The slide he designed and made at work. Aluminum bolted and welded together. I think it's a 43 quart. He also replaced the handles and hinges. That cool thing was plugged in the whole time. After it gets cold it pulls less than an amp. One battery and no problems.

Found a new use for a deep 12mm 3/8" drive socket yesterday

Travelled from Bozeman MT to Loveland CO yesterday since i'm getting married on Saturday in keystone. I made it about a third of the way when I pulled into Sheridan to get gas and as I was pumping gas some coolant flowed out from underneath and started pooling around my sandle. Turns out that the exhaust shop when doing the over the frame reroute had not told me or Robbie (to my knowledge) that they had deleted my rear heater! Instead of getting a new soft line and making a U to the hard lines that go to the rear heater they used a plastic cylinder to connect the original two hoses!!! This melted and caused me to loose a bunch of coolant, luckily it happened right when I pulled into the gas station. My fix was to replace the plastic cylinder with take 12mm deep socket.

When did you have your exhaust re-routed? That plastic coupler looks like it's been in there for a while... Are you certain it was done by the exhaust shop and not the previous owner or even another visit to a mechanic?

Made it to Denver. Clocked almost 800 miles today. I can not believe how comfortable my self upholstered manual leather seats are. Glad I put the effort into reading a little about what makes a good seat.
Started the day meeting a fellow mudder @elduderino315 and checking build ideas.

Tomorrow I get to play. Heading out of Denver early and I plan to hit the Kokopelli trail. @RFB says its "easy peasy" so I'm looking forward to it. :D

Do you have a build thread for those seats?! I’m super interested in your process for re doing them.

snapped some pics of the wildlife and built a fire to stave off the downpours.

Another day, another leak...

Moonroof is sealed shut. Windshield is sealed shut (Fireman mid). Found the culprit. The firewall grommet where I’ve stuffed too many wires through it...

Looking at this on mine too. Even pulled the headliner down. I suspected the firewall grommet (mine looks like yours) or maybe the door wire grommet, but gave up for now. Time to throw some powder and hose it down. I will pay more attention to the firewall now.

It was definitely the grommet. Water comes down from the wiper blade hole and comes in st the corner of the hood. Down the cowl.
