Do you haul that fire pit around with you? Is that a requirement down their or can you build a pit out of rocks?
In the Anza Borrego SP it is required that your fire be in a metal container, in other areas rocks are fine. But the socialist elite of Kalifornia still require us dregs to get a camp fire permit yearly.

For perspective, they don’t require metal rings in Mother Russia

WTF! A camp fire permit that is BULL$#|T dam money grab. I thinks I'll just stay in the great NW and Canada, less interference.

Taxes are super low in Canada.

The permit is free, for now...

Coming from a state were no camp fire laws exist I like fire pan law a lot and enjoy traveling Anza Borrego. Almost every time Im in Anza Borrego I see LEO checking and looking for pans.

For AZ the most popular camp fire material is pallets mainly because they are easy to get, dont need a ring, and they are everywhere. Within a short time most of the evidence of a fire is gone EXPECT for the all the nails and staples used in the manufacturing of pallets. Nails and staples are hard to see and result in many flats.

For the record if you travel with me rarely do I ever have a fire anywhere.

I have no problem with them requiring a metal ring and a permit. Especially since the entire state of California is a spark away from an inferno...

Hitting the road again so I installed some of the adjustable aluminium tracks and strachets to hold gear down and in place and invested in another alu box because even though they cost, they are strong light and have best useable storage space. plus single digits for week and half isnt cutting it for me, thats the harbor frozen solid(boston and Saltwater)

We're talking about the desert here.
Sand rarely catches on fire.

Oh, I just remembered. Steel core ammo is also prohibited because you can set fire to the West Coast, possible even beyond when you shoot in the rain and have a lot of rocks around you with no vegetation.

Seems like a lot of you from CA sure do bitch about it a lot.

Yet you all still live there...

I would be embarrassed to tell anyone my 13 year was that stupid to come to mud looking for bikinis. But then again maybe the dad had Google blocked.

I feel my generation was cheated all we had was Sears bra ads but they worked:p
yes they did, xmas catalog was the beast.

Installed freshly wrapped steering wheel only took 2.5 hrs, not in cold 80, did it in the comfort of warm house. Came out really good, this is the 3rd wheel I've done.
