Looks great. Did you run into any problems with the install beside the normal bushings grabbing the pins? Did the axle bolts ring off? Did you need heat to get the nuts loose? I will be doing this soon and going OME Heavy/Heavy and ARB bumper. I noticed the bumper is off. Are you going with an aftermarket winch bumper?

No problems really except for the stubborn bolts. Had to use a lot of heat to get them out. Those were the original leafs from 1984 so a lot of frozen nuts. I am rechroming and removing the dents from the OEM bumpers. I like the stock
Look. Gonna do a Gamiviti expo rack eventually.

@Javelin Truck looks great! What load springs are those?

Replaced air intake hose with this little gem!

Hit the road and spent some time in Osceola National Forest. Braved the rain, bugs, and water crossings.

that's a pretty river...where is that?
North Fork of the Tieton River off of NF1207 just west of Clear Lake (and Rim Rock Lake). More specifically, 46.61856, -121.30802.

I thought it looked familiar. i've camped along the Tieton many times - lots of great rock climbing in the area...great crags between the lake and Naches

I bought it! Currently (well, not at this exact moment) driving it home to CO from New Mexico!
Congrats! Where in CO if you don't mind me asking?

Just west of Morrison/Red Rocks in a little dot on the map called Idledale.
Right on! I've seen the dot you speak of. I'm in Boulder if you ever need a hand with anything.

Oh hell yeah. This is my third 60, but I wasn't much into any of the mechanics of the first two, and there's a few small things (PS conversion, replace starter, clutch master/slave) I'm going to address in the near future, so I'll definitely be looking for some help from somewhere. Thanks!

Sweet! I got my first 60 a few years ago from a guy down in Golden. By the time I got it back up to Boulder it had dumped all the fluid from the transmission. That should have kept me from buying another one.... haha! I went out and bought a second one and then I got divorced! A man must fix a truck.
