I did not see it to be honest.....in SC we have rule that if window is not able to be repaired from damage then it is replaced. I had a crack in it that got larger so told them I wanted OEM windshield instead of aftermarket. They asked why so told them classic vehicle in original shape mostly and wanted to maintain value. THey subcontracted it to GlassPro as SafeLite and Toyota Dealer would not do it...hahahaha. Guy at Glasspro ordered all the rubbers for it...and asked to see condition of A-Pillar before he accepted work. Said he wanted to do it there at shop in case he had to do any sanding on frame. There was nothing written up as special and they said it did not have any issues. So dont really know... I am going to try and talk to him later in week to get his input on condition of window frame....as I want to paint vehicle and if that is in good shape and was sanded and primed already might leave it alone. :) BTW, my aunt who bought the first land cruiser I owned brand new in Littleton CO...lives in Durango. :) Glenda Toll (Herman)

I need to do the same. First should check if NC is similar. I have a chip in my windshield that was attempted to be repaired before and failed.

Yeah check to see if it is considered a safety issue in your state for insurance.... they push the aftermarket as they are lower priced than OEM...but I used the CLASSIC COLLECTIBLE argument and guessing because it is in good shape they believed. I did have to send pictures of vehicle for them to see...hahahaha. I am not sure what the mark up is for oem vs aftermarket windshields but I think it was a few hundred dollars. OUCH!

I took them rims to have them swap the new rubber....

MANUCHAO, how do you like the LED headlight inserts? Are they the JW Speaker ones or another brand?

@NQCruiser these are the JW's.
I like them a lot...
Plenty bright with out the glare and DOT approved...

I appreciate them the most when driving out on the mountains, or deserts

Hauled a bunch of straw bales. If you were ever wondering the number of ~60lb bales in a 60, its seven. Seven, people. Straw everywhere.....

I decided it was time to replace my center console as I really hate not having an armrest. Since security is not really a concern, I went with the cheap option and put in a Smittybilt. I used the existing bolt holes for the stock console towards the rear and put a nut zert into the stock floor mount towards the front. I did not use the riser piece that comes with the console.

My only complaint is that the space between the E-brake handle is tight. I could have moved it further over, but then my elbow wasn't comfortable on the pad.
