I am looking forward to being done with the 70 build I am working on and moving over the the 80-series section for the next build.
Different crowds in the different sections on mud. Having owned or built 40/60/70/80/100 and having spent a fair amount of time in each of those sections on the forum in the last 14yrs I can say the 70-series section is similar to the 100-series section in terms of people’s opinions, peoples builds and so forth.

Borrowed the FZJ75 again to take the bikes out for a ride. Can’t get my head around how thirsty it is, but sure does it pull hard and tracks dead straight.

@jmlockwood , @Tredwards , and I attended the "Rover Rally" in Thomasville, Ga. and as you can see we were relegated to the riff-raff section of parking. We were however at least placed in front of the Jeeps.

Followed @Gun Runner 5 around the plantations this afternoon. I felt bad with all those Land Rovers leaking oil all over the place.
Ran into my wife @CatskillsRunner at the coffee stand. Always a pleasant surprise seeing the only other Land Cruiser driver in town. 
We were outnumbered 10 to 1 by the boys of "Lucas Darkness" but we held our own.

Looks like the date on the top/bottom of that sticker. 10/88. Is your rig an 88?
I think I want to put the hood bumpers on mine as well. not sure I'll ever use them that much, but they look pretty cool. How did you measure that? Just fold down and mark?
