What color is this FJ40?

Computer screens are different...it shows up as more of a pewter to me.

If it's a stock Toyota color, I'd guess Antique Sage Pearl, available on 1997 FZJ-80 Land Cruisers with the 40th Anniversary Package.

Take a look at Project X in the Hard Core section. Gary painted his 45 this color.

Yeah, I am gonna go with Garth, it looks very much like an Antique Sage Pearl which is 1B2

a better question: aren't FJCs ugly enough? what is with THAT paint job?

Thanks guys, I think is a pea soup green, but Antique Sage Pearl is a great color too. Someone knows the Pea soup green color code? (or someplace to get it) :D

Gun Metal

TWOYOTAS

I've personally inspected that fj40 in Carpenteria, CA at the local summer car show. It is virtually flawless and sort of a gun metal or metallic silver. The lights in Vegas don't do it justice. i believe the truck was built by Man-a-fre in Simi Valley because it is on their website in some of the 4+ pictures. I'm more partial to the stock colors also, but non the less, a georgeous and well thougtht out cruiser.

Everyone else, don't be a hater until you've seen it in person!!

I think I saw that fj in the latest edition of 4wd toyota at SEMA show. I thought it was a silver/pewter color.

If only an editor of that magazine was on this forum.......

@bakocruiser - ahh - lighting makes sense to the green tint. by your description, I bet it looks super sharp in person (please note, I was not hatin' on the green tint, just trying to describe it from the several pics on different sites, I like green). That FJC still looks terrible, though ;)

Howdy!:D

I don't think this is the same one that was at the Kaymar booth. Is that the one you were thinking of?

Whatever the color it was nicely done and I can´t help liking a well done well cared for cruiser.
