From the pics, it looks like you are using the Aqualu hood. Is it the same hood they've always produced, or does it look like a 40 Series hood now? If same old Aqualu, I beg you to use a steel or fiberglass 40 Series hood!
Looking great, what size meats do you anticipate the rig will roll on when completed?
