Thanks! The color changes a LOT depending on the way the light hits it, sometimes it looks tan (almost like the modern Toyota tan), sometimes it looks greyish or more green. I love it, it suits me and it suits the truck's hunting purpose!
Fantastic paint choice. Would like to know your color code. A word of advice...the driver’s side windshield molding that is sticking up...I’m guessing from reuse during a windshield replacement...will let water down behind places you don’t want it. Rust forms there very quickly. I went through multiple windshields this year and finally realized that I needed to buy new Toyota windshield moldings, all the way around, in order to seat that area up properly. I recommend everyone replace the moldings anytime a windshield is replaced. Deletion of wind noise was a nice bonus too. Cheers.
I see that the Tundra steelies are 18"...do you happen to have a link to where your ordered yours? Also, does your 100 have a 2.5" EMU lift? Great build...I'm looking to something similar to my 99!
I saw your truck from another thread and was struck by how great it looked. It turned out great. Any idea who makes that bumper and can you share which grill is that? It looks like completely factory. Thanks.
Edit: I think I found the grill from SharkNet. Looks awesome.
Hunting season is two months away so I'm going to add a few pictures of recent modifications.
First, I switched to round headlights. Still working through some glitches but really pleased with the aesthetics and the lights are WAY better than the stock ones. I like the retro look.
Played around with a couple of options but settled on a Delta Vehicle Systems shovel & axe holder mounted to the rear bumper ladder. Love this thing, we've come a long way since the old classic Conferr mount that sat on Princess's ARB bumper for decades!
In no particular order, a couple of minor things taken care of, including an organizer for the center console (i'm a little OCD on gear, especially small bits) and replaced the rear wiper (the original was worn out).
