Re windows... How about vent windows in 74 and older doors... My seal are 41 but at least one is NLA. If not I've been thinking I may need to hand make some... Not likely any time soon.
Hey Smurf, I used the vent window seals from Cruiser Corps. They are made by Precision wich is a quality after market and OE supplier for autoglass applications. These vent seals are very good quality and you can't beat the price. Great alternative to NLA parts IMHO.

Hey Racer, my stuff arrived today ... yeah Sunday ... thx for the quick turnaround, as usual ...

Several of you have asked about the silicone cowl drain tubes which has been MIA for a couple of months, so I'd like to share an update.

What I decided to do was to re-tool the mould to enlarge the diameter of the tube at the connector end, so that it will be way easier to install than the OEM tubes. The original version I created was made to OEM dimensions, and it unfortunately inherited the same characteristic of being a PITA to install.

I'm wrapping up production right now, and it should be available in 2 to 3 weeks. If anyone here purchased the previous version and hasn't gotten to the job, please feel free to PM me with your name and shipping address, and I'll send you the new version free of charge when it comes out.

Here are a couple of pics of the new tube installed on @ginmtb 's truck:

Mine just arrived today and the passenger side slid on easily but still tight enough that I doubt it will shake loose. The drivers side is another story, not because the tubes are to tight, when I had the 40 rewired there are now some wires in the way that I will have to deal with. Otherwise, SUPERB redesign and much easier for old, large hands to install in tight, confined places.

Wow, I had to read that twice to make sure I was understanding correctly. You are an awesome vendor! I look forward to doing business with you in the future!

As I mentioned, several people have asked about the fuse boxes that have been MIA for a few months. These are now available again. On the left side is the '72 to '77 style with "Headlamp" at the bottom. On the right side is the '78 style with "Radio" at the bottom.

Some prototype dome light covers for '74 and earlier trucks (Discontinued part # 81241-21010). No, these aren't built by a factory. Credit goes to a friend's talented daughter who knows her way around a 3D printer. It takes about 5 hours for each one to take shape!

what do the light covers sell for if it took that long to make?
I estimate around $35. It takes a long time to form, but the machine can make multiple pieces simultaneously. You set it up and go to bed and it's done by the time you wake up.
This one is more of fun project than a true product. There will only be one time run of 30 pieces.

Any appetite for the bj42 hardtop vents from Canada? I was going to draft some and 3D print them but if there was someone willing to produce them that would be much easier.

These look great. How does this process work for clear plastic? The license plate lens for the FJ25 license plate light are made from glass but one made out of plastic would work. I have one that still intact that used be used as a model. Since this don't seem to matter if you making one or a hundred this process takes the same amount of time sounds like a good possibility for this lens as the demand for these would be low. Most the housing as well as the lens are gone but there are a few surviving that need a lens. Is this something that would be possible?

I suppose the process would work fine for clear plastic. However, we are borrowing intricate equipment at a local company on an after-hour basis, so I don't really have the liberty to try out different materials and designs. I would say 3D printing is still at an early stage that requires a lot of effort to prepare a new design and take it into production.
