drill tiny hole with hand drill. Use a piece of wire to extract or try a bigger bit and use a screw extractor.
found this on my dad's dresser going through his things over the holidays. I think I can apply for this call sign, if it hasn't been already recycled. He acquired his first license while in the Army. This one is from some time after he started a family, but I don't think he ever renewed it.
Yeah tried the screw method. I need to get the oil changed anyway so Wednesday morning my local mechanic is going to get it out. Looks like the filler tube bolts up to the block. 30-45 minute job.
Tiny town is basically a bunch of chicken coupe sized display cases in this old couples yard with Christmas lites. Most of them depict scenes with Santa or something Christmas related. Started in 1977. When I was a kid I thought it was the most amazing thing I had ever seen. Now it gives me nightmares! Some of the toys in the cases are uber old however.
Looks like he may have had this license just for CB usage. And this card had to be affixed to your radio rig.

I got it Saturday before last. Just well enough now to go back to work. Though I did get bronchitis about half way through. Was no fun.
