If the bluray has Roku built in, then your channels are limitless. If the bluray just has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc., then I'd be happy with that too. I stream Netflix 95% of the time. I have a Amazon Prime membership and can get some free movies/tv show with that, but I only do that if I can't find it on Netflix. Having that built into the bluray player just means one less box to hook up (Roku). I hate the Roku interface and use my iPhone app to control it whenever possible.

The bluray probably has Pandora or Spotify too which is also a cool bonus feature. Using your TV speakers to play your favorite channels is convenient sometimes.

My home stereo has all that stuff built in, which works great. Can stream music, movies, etc. all with surround sound. Let me buy a dumbed down (high quality TV) for the money and the stereo has bluray as well.

Dan that was no help at all. You can do better than that.

I have two samsung brays. They are good. But I don't use the apps much as I'm addicted to Directv and the DVRs.

Our sony has at least 30 different channels listed. Lots of them you have to pay for but they are there.

Aw, it got flagged... now how will I get my gutters cleaned...

Chuck, we use our Playstation as our BluRay player. It's performed well for years. Oh, it also plays games; which is a rather cool feature.

Mark your calendars for August 21, 2017 - yeah I know that's a long ways off and most of us can't think past the coming weekend...

Just had a certified arborist come to look at clearing out some trees and looking at a few that are close to the house and fence. Basically told me I have pine beatles and just about all of them must go. He quoted me 7k to fall and clear all the trees. Needless to say I don't have 7k and now that I know they all need to go I don't have to be picky. Anyone know a good tree guy who might need some fire wood and could cUT me some slack on the price.

Is the fall location an issue? I'd say a responsible operator with some experience can genearly fall a tree where he wants it. (IE, I can generally drop a tree pretty accurately, but wouldn't attempt to do a technical cut that might land on a house or something if it goes wrong) If they are near the house or near some one else's house then I would pay to have them dropped.

Another option is to talk to them about just falling the trees and you clean them up. We had 6 or 7 dropped a few years ago and we cleaned them up and it saved a pretty good bit of coin.

# is approximately 20 trees

Fall location isn't a huge deal and my backyard isn't fenced so a truck can access it pretty easy. The one close to the house has an open area to fall but it can only go one way. The few near my neighbors fence also have open area to land but I've never done it so i'm just guessing it wouldn't be hard . Me cleaning it up isn't really what i wanted to do because i'm lucky to get 2-4 days off a month so they will sit forever but that might be what I have to do.

20 trees is alot, and if you haven't done it before I wouldn't recommend just buying a saw and going to town.

I might pick out the ones that are the most critical and look at having those removed now and then working the others in as time and $$ allow. If they are decent timber you might find a buddy, neighbor or club member who might want to come get one or to to dry for fire wood.

If I was closer I might even take a couple off your hands depending on what we're cuttin'. Are they all pines? I don't know much about what the pine beetle can afflict.
