If you're topping off, then that'll work, if you're replacing all, go for straight, it's a better deal, you can cut it with water.

My GX is still getting 15 highway, even armored, love me some 4.7!
In a training class and my wife called to tell me she moved the 80 out of the garage and oil is all over the floor......
Guess I'll find out when I get home how bad it is.

Check the oil plug, if it doesn't have a washer then it will leak, and with this cold weather it could of made a small drip into a large one. Hope all works out.
Thanks I'll check that. Didn't get to look at it cause I got home late and working over again tonight so hopefully I'll figure it out tomorrow. When I get home.

Sounds typical. The rear seal likes to give up the ghost. Good news is if it is the pump it can be rebuilt.

Kevin i have a rebuilt pump and a 190k non leaking pull off pump here if your interested. 200 and 100 respectively if it helps save some down time. Also a great time to add a cooler to the system. If its the high pressure formed hose that ones spendy but I think there is a Camry alternative that works
Hey if you haven't seen or heard yet, Marv Spector passed away from Cancer this week. There is a thread going on the chit chat section, and also a memorium on sor.com. Many of us got to meet Marv back in 06 or 07 at the FJ unveil in greenville, very knowledgable and down to earth guy. He will be truly missed in the cruiser community.
No idea how to replace it so let me find out if it's something I can do.
