When did you add the black 60 door handles to the site?! I was searching a couple months ago and ended up buying from ebay. I would have much rather bought from you.
PSA- There are black metal door handles at the Trail Tailor store: 60 Series Door Handles
Get em while you can. Price is VERY good
Thanks, just ordered 2 sets.

That sounds like an awesome build, J. I'm sure the new owner - who I imagine is easy to work with and has an awesome personality to boot - will be overly impressed with the finished product!

Cosmo 342 is what I've used for years and works good. Military grade and proven.
I have an internal rust problem brewing inside the frame, I can feel rust bubbling up inside the box tubing and have thought solutions or abatements, but not sure what to do... just blast it out with compressed air and pour an epoxy in is the best I could think of, but I like cosmoline way more. Do you just pour it down the box tubing or spray it in? Beautiful frame by the way!

It has a 30-36" flex wand with a fan tip. You run it inside the frame via holes and "rod" the entire inner frame. Usually 4 cans is plenty to do the frame.

Eastwood internal frame coat is also good, comes with a 360 nozzle you can just put in the frame holes. Eastwood also sells their version of the cosmo which works well.
