Are the Euro mirrors ever going to be restocked?

For those of you that want to change to SpeedHut gauges offered by @FJ60Cam but don't want to deal with the sender ohm range issues...

Tanks Inc has this little jewel. YOU set the ohm range to work with your application.

PM me for MUD pricing if interested.

I do, but I still haven't had a chance to install any to test the fit. Its the exact profile as my rubber lock strip, just a firmer material.

reviving an old thread...i'm interested in tinting my rear cargo glass.

my thought is to pull out the glass - clean and polish to remove water spots, and while it's out on a workbench should be easy to apply tint film to the inside.

reinstall with new OEM rubber gaskets + keep the chrome lock trim.

anybody have pearls of wisdom for doing this project? I'm not interested in de-chroming my truck...and it looks like the cargo glass chrome trim is discontinued. seems like cargo glass comes out by sorta prying & pushing from the inside - so does this chrome trim come out pretty clean and ends up re-usable?

i've seen other threads about the chrome lock trim getting destroyed during removal - but maybe that's only relevant to the front windshield.

anyone have some guidance on this?

EDIT: i think i found what i'm after.
J - i see this on your page...any pics of the install? and - when you might have back in stock?

thanks!

@TRAIL TAILOR are you still building extended range tanks? Can you make one that still fits a 33'' spare? thx Jason!

Dope. Schedule 44 pipe will cower in fear. Such a better solution.

Plan to do 40 series next?

Probably not. Staying with the 60 and 100 series for any future R&D. Tired of wasting my time on R&D for other series and the parts sit on the shelf.

Gotta tell you J...your R&D and subsequent replacement/restoration parts are far beyond acceptable OEM Specs. Thanx for the continuing 60 series thumbs-up! As part of the “few & the proud” ....job well done.

Thank you sir! Its an honor to have my parts on your 62.
