Those
GOT FLEX? 100 SAS kit is dialed in and we love it. Right at 10" of travel with our TourFlex tapered wire coils. The rear sway bar is still connected and we are right at 30" to the bottom of the tire to the ground in the rear. Came in right at 4.38" lift with a 1" body lift and 3" coils. Now this beasts needs some 37s. Special thanks to @mateo22216 and @f***in_awesome88
On this design. I think they wanted to shoot me a few times as many times as I changed my mind...I justed wanted every millimeter of lift out of this kit. Thanks guys!!

Now to rear it all apart and paint it. New custom bumpers and a couple other items still to come for this one.

Those aren’t 35s on it now- right? 37s will look so good on this thing. Really nice work!!

Anymore rear LCA's in the future?

Anybody else have trouble getting their accessory fuse panel to mount up in their Cruiser? Mine does not seem to line up with the bolts or clear the motor cover. Also, is it possible to take the motor cover off without removing the bracket? Still fiddling with it but not sure what else to do.

I think I have figured out what I'm going to do with it. I'll post a couple pics once I get it done.

I couldn't figure out how to mount mine either :(

It will be posted in classifieds soon!

I got mine to fit ok, but I don't run the engine cover on my 05 100 series. I assembled my mounting plate together before bolting it in the engine bay. Will try to take a picture and post up later tonight.

These were what I had on my phone. I'll try and take better ones later.

@dogdaysindurham is correct. Bolting it together before trying to mount it into the truck is key. I thought bolting together first would make it difficult to access the bolt under it but it wasn't too bad. Just use a wobbly and a long extension. Also got a longer bolt to put in that location.
@ClassyJalopy give that a try before you post to classifieds. I ended up cutting the bracket down and drilling a couple extra holes to mount the smallest 6 fuse block because I did not want to have to remove it to get the motor cover off. Was pretty easy to do with a grinder since it is aluminum. Also painted it black to hide it a little better. Here are a couple pics.

100 SAS bracket kit pricing is back from the laser cutter and need to see how many are interested before I put in an order.

This is just the bracket kit. You will need to source all suspension, steering, axle and braking components. We can assist with this as well, but many details that need to be reviewed and understood this is a 5 banana just and not for the faint at heart.

Kit will come with a PDF and alignment plates and/or measurements for installation.

Recommended a competent welder/fabricator install this kit.

Kit includes,

Axle coil perches
Caster plates (good for up to 4" lift) with new 10.9 hardware
Stabilizer bracket
Coil buckets
Angled shock towers
Rear radius arm frame brackets
Panhard frame bracket

Front SAS bracket kit all brackets laser cut and cnc bent and welded-- 2350.00
