Could you confirm we'll need to source 12.9 grade hardware, around 70mm in length for the ARB deluxe bar?

Yes I'd run 70mm in the stronger personally.

What I used. Grade 12.9 Inhex 70mm bolts, 21mm head size and fitted way better than the hex head bolts I had.

I have another batch of 10 at the laser cutter due in about 4 more weeks. I'll start accepting orders on those after I have all in hand and I can schedule an actual lead time for new orders. Ballpark 5 weeks.

All bases are tacked up, tire carriers and jerry cans are welded, Swing arms are cut. Will be right about on time for shipping looks like.

The stock LX470 bumper for 2005 doesn't allow this due to the clearance of the spare tire. I guess there are some bolt-on options, but just thought I'd ask since there weren't any specs or pics from the rear. In the cruiser pictured, the spare is moved to the roof which I guess I may need to consider doing.
