Did you use any lights to stay on while driving? I know we will lose the lower fog lights with the bumper. Is there a solution to the oem fender flares yet? J. Will you have all the part #s for all lighting options. Thanks MikeView attachment 1646778

On the road? Headlights.
I never use fog lights.

The BD's come with an interchangeable lens so if you want amber, just swap the lens from clear to amber.

With all the new bars and pods coming to market I will have to know what bar and or pods a customer is wanting. I won't keep all of these combos in stock. More than likely I'll keep one or two in stock that are compatible with the lights I sell. Also the internal mounted bars may be moved to the top so they can be a more standard ordering item. The customer can then choose their own bar or other pod style lights. If a customer wants a special light... they can ship it to me and I'll build them a bumper that accommodate their choice.

RANT--I can say this... the Baja Design squadron cut out was one of the biggest PITA I've ever deal with. There were 4 radius/round segments per corner with an arch/complex polyline between each corner. All together 28 line and arc segments..... @indycole got to see what I'm talking about on these yesterday. It took me 7 hours and 18 trial cuts just to get it where you see it in the pics. I still have to lightly file 4 edges to get the light to fit. I even swapped out to fine cut consumables just for the cutouts. There is only about .104" clearance between the holes and the light base. Don't think for one second I didn't want to just take out the air file and be done.... CNC is a great thing... but getting some things entered and finalized are a nightmare... HA!

No luck on the flares yet. I haven't even seen a 200 with flares here locally to look at.. Like I said before. You'll more than likely just have to mark and cut the flare approx. 1/2-5/8" from the bumper edge.

Ok sounds even better. A 1 stop shop. Hard to tell, are the lights flush in the bumper? Pita! Its great to have lighting options that will bolt right up. Winch mounting and options would be great also. P.S. its my wifes truck, she had 1 request. Dont make her truck look to aggressive!! haha! No problem babe!

Lights are flush surface mounted. This will be my only offering. If a customer want a completely recessed pod... they can order a base bumper and cut them in themselves. This should hold any winch up to a 12.5k ComeUp or with similar dims.

Sorry to say this, but I've yet to have a woman like this bumper... But every single man that comes to the shop wants one for whatever rig they have... Rover, GX, G-Wagon, 80, 100.... Chevy.. Ford.. Dodge..Taco.. Tundra... BUT they lost me at Chevy..................

Hah, that's attention to detail right there! Me, I'd probably just cut the opening square. And use washers or brackets on the studs to catch the edges of the opening. It's not going anywhere even with that simplification.

Don't get me wrong, that precision cutout is a thing of beauty that will only be seen once.

@TonyP and @indycole dual tire carriers, secondary aux receivers, adjustable light poles and triple jerry can/YETI 35 carrier.

I have this tank:

Worthington 299494 6-Pound Aluminum Propane Cylinder With Type 1 With Overflow Prevention Device Valve https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004FPZABK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_ppHOAbAHDRQN0

And this bracket:

Power Tank - MOUNTING BRACKETS / CLAMPS / SPEED BAGS Propane Tank Bracket For 6 LB 6.125 Inch Diameter Aluminum Tank Power Tank - Powertank.com

Is there any way to incorporate a base to mount this bracket to? If I ship the bracket to you?

Looks like it is 6.25" x 22.125" So, with the 2 can carrier you want I can make it fit next to the jerry can. In theory same width as a 3 can carrier.

I'm working on a design for a 10# bottle for Tony right now.

I’m normally not opposed to changing my plan but in this case I already have the 6# bottle and the same mount fitted to the bed of my truck. I’ve considered a bigger bottle for the truck but with 2x 35” spares and Jerry cans in the bed, I have to play Tetris with the rest of my camp/recovery gear. I went from several Alu-boxes to 6 front runner boxes because I needed to squeeze them in where I could.

I feel left out with all these updates... here’s my beauty..... @reevesci

I hear ya.
There's probably space elsewhere for the mount.
The location of the 10# will be pretty neat if it pans out.
