Got the rotisserie done to the point that I got the 60 body up on it. Need to add a few things to get it to balance out when up sideways. Enjoy the pics

Slow and steady work on the 60. Got the motor to frame mounts in and the motor all bolted in. NO more engine hoist.

Got the body back on so I can get the weight on the axles to do the SOA conversion.

Nice work! When finished, you will have a great 60!

That is going to be amazing when done!

Thanks a million, haven't posted on your build thread but have been checking in from time to time. Its getting there a little at a time. Not sure how to do the shackle reversal, will have to do some searching.

That's beautiful!!

Hey thanks Johnny, do you still have the seat brackets by chance? The ones that bolt to the body. Let me know:)

They're still bolted to my old seats! If you want them, they're yours. Pm me your address and I'll get them to you.

Thanks Spudman, I really got out of my comfort zone to tackle some of the work. Funny that your from Halls Creek, the little community that I grew up in here in Tennessee is called Halls.

Nice work bluehawk.
Post up some photos of your motor mounts that you fabed.

It will be later on this evening before I can post up the pictures. I will see if I have some good ones and post up. Thanks for the kind words.

Here are a few pics of the motor mounts. Can't take credit for them, got the idea from doug720. Check out his build thread, the journey begins, its in the diesel section. I think he has some great pictures of the motor mounts on page two there.

1st pictures is passenger side frame rail mount
2nd picture is drivers side frame rail mount
3rd picture is the actual motor mounts before they got bolted up

Thanks, will review Doug's thread, though I know it well. Most interested in the gusseting on the plates that you welded to the frame, and how high the mounts are on the frame.

Here's why I'm asking...

Cheers,
