Yeah, my order during that blowout took 2-3 months i think. Luckily I wasn't "waiting" for anything. My last order was through Fred Anderson (Asheville). It went quickly but wasn't packed that great. I think I also ordered a smaller one from Serra during that sale and it came quickly. This is the first time I'm actually waiting for something, so I hope it the trend of quick shipping continues.

UPS completely crushed and ripped this latest package I received, but Serra had used a ton of bubble wrap and so there was zero damage inside the box.

FYI - I place and order with Serra on 9/29. I am awaiting shipping notification.
I do think it has a lot to do with parts availability as well as how much they get backed up.

My package is on it's way. Supposed to be here tomorrow. Will probably squeeze another one in today. Last day on this sale.

Anybody know when the next sale is? Black Friday?

Which dealer(s) does everyone watch for black Friday/cyber Monday deals? I have a parts order coming up.

I got this via email from my local dealer.

It'll likely be a LOT of them. Wait a couple days and check whichever dealer is your favorite.
Ideally we could coordinate as a forum and find the dealer with the best prices. There seems to be a fairly significant difference in price amongst online dealers.

There is some disparity for sure, check the "good" dealers that have been mentioned before. I think on this thread iirc. Anyways, there's a few mentions of these. I would caution against Fr*d @nderson as I used to order from them...a LOT. They had an email circulating indicating 25% off and then the pricing reflected 15-20% iirc. I thought they'd issue a gesture of goodwill after the sale given their widely circulated mistake, but no dice. Cool...no problem, I will move on.

Others have had and continue to have no issue with FA, but I will not order from them given this experience. YMMV.

Copy that. I remember there being a black friday deal thread, but seemed focused on aftermarket vendors vs OEM Toyota/Lexus parts.

Serra, Olathe, MacGeorge, Village, Valdosta, Leith, and Carlock Toyota are all dealers I've ordered from and have had good luck with.

I've had good luck with Lewis of Topeka (Toyota) and Eskridge of OKC (Lexus)

Need to start a table with running discounts based off a few key parts. Maybe I'll do that once we closer to black Friday.

Feel like you are overthinking this a bit. Serra and Fred Anderson (Asheville) both have same prices (appears they have a fairly flat 30% off MSRP). These are the lowest of any dealer prices I’ve seen. There are probably a few other dealers matching this, but I bet no one is lower. I have been able to get my local dealer, who only advertises at full MSRP, to match the standard Serra prices. My local dealer does not participate in the 25% off with free shipping sales. So they will not match those prices which at Serra and Fred Anderson stack with their typically low prices.

My dealer and others have noted that the 30% off MSRP + 25% Off sale prices are lower than dealer pricing for parts and that the participating dealers are getting kick backs from Toyota Southeast to make the sales possible.

Some good information here on stacked discounts.

Do you have data to prove that Serra and Fred Anderson are the lowest in the country? If not, you may be under-thinking it.

I will include those two in the analysis when the total promotion stack rolls out.
