My order from 3/21 shipped on Tuesday 5/3, after one of the guys called about re-charging my card that dropped off.

Mine didnt get charged until just before orders shipped. I’d follow up on that one before you pay your card statement
Got some tracking numbers today. I did check in yesterday and he said the spring insulators were still not in but was shipping anyway. Hopefully those get resolved soon since I wouldn't want to put the new springs in without those.
happy to report i got my order from Serra Toyota today, the CV axles were well packed and bonus the dust rings weren't even bent!

Received mine today as well. 3/23 order date. Still need to verify if everything ended up coming or the couple of items were not included as they mentioned.
I placed 4 separate orders and received all in excellent shape. The last order was received nearly after a month.

Yea I keep getting an itch to reach out but I don't want to take away from his time in packing order to get them out while also dealing with the current orders they are still getting.

Eric reached out to me, to get charge info again. As most mine charges fall off as only pending. His email is from ~8PM, so guy must be work 12 hours a day.

Serra got overwhelmed with orders ( they received over 600 orders) that’s just two guys in a parts dept managing to check in and repack that volume in addition to performing their regular daily business duties. I think the parts manager had been working until 11pm at home answering emails.
If you need to contact Eric- email him with your Name and order number in the subject line.
Be polite don’t rag on him- he’s a decent guy working as hard as he can to get your orders out. As of Monday they still had a couple hundred orders to ship.

I originally ordered from a different Southern Dealership. I requested they repack the FDS (CV) or dust shields would be bent. They CXL my order, stating: back log. I responded back with how many in FDS USA (120 in USA and location where each held). They said 90 back log, order CXL.
I've been getting PM's, emails and text and some have posted in this thread. "My FDS dust shield bent" My Brake Master ABS busted "What should I do" Send them back! If a parts guy is to lazy to repack, they deserve to get the damged stuff like: FDS, Rack & Pinions, Brake Master back, etc. O
So as I said: Those that have had to wait, may be the lucky ones!

I got a email from someone yesterday named January saying they were helping Eric catch up on emails. They didn’t say anything about the status of my order though so it was kind of pointless ha ha
Well I just got another email saying that my axles should ship 5/17!

Yep January is helping out. January provided a status update after I reached out a couple days ago that my order (I placed 2) will ship in a week. I’m cautiously excited
