Just got my stuff today. Looks like they are catching up. Took a few weeks, but worth the wait for the savings.

cancelled an order for items I was telling customers I should have soon.
This is the paypal hold that expires and the vendor doesn't renew it so it just falls off and then???? toyota just lets it go without notification.

I promise south atlanta and mcgeorge doesn't do that.

Are you certain it actually canceled? For one of my orders that dropped off PayPal, I only initially received an order confirmation email but not the follow up confirmation of order “received”. I gave them the order number to confirm and that’s when I got a call to update payment info. Not ideal but it wasn’t canceled, for me at least.
 
I've had this before when PayPal or Toyota dealers don't work really well together.
The problem is the confirm email from a dealer that makes you think it's good.
The process is mostly the same at all of them.
They handled it differently. Eric is clearly stressed or pissed off. But so am I.

Serra just shipped my first order today- ordered last day of the sale (24th march)
 
everyone here made a run on one dealership when all the southeastern dealers were offering the sale and almost the same prices. to be expected.
Yeah I hit up TRD shop out of Tupelo MS, same discounts and had my stuff in a week.
 
Still waiting on my orders. One was billed and hit my card the other they called back for updated payment info last week saying things would ship out this week. So far no word. Will call again today. I did say they could ship the two orders together but for the one they billed it should have shipped at this point. Not worth it to cancel at this point and I understand some delay but the lack of communication is the frustrating part.

Edit to add billing date:
First order billed 4/8 and not shipped yet. Still no charge in my second order and obviously not shipped either.

Serra billed my cc on 4/20 shipped my 1st order 4/26 and my last 2 orders yesterday.
 
I wonder if they could transfer the orders to other southeastern dealers. Lessen the work for Decatur and more business for the other dealers. Win win for everyone

That seems very logical and straightforward so I highly doubt there would be any chance of that happening. :D

Made a follow up phone call just now to see if I could get any more info. The nice fellow that answered said to send Eric an email asking for an update but they are not taking phone calls due to being focused on getting the orders out the door. That's fair so hopefully he responds to my email. The last response I got from him was on 4/8 saying he would call me. At the least I was looking to get some level of communication or update from Eric. Everything is so behind at this point that it seems counter productive to give anyone a hard time so I'll just be patiently waiting for an update.

Edit: he did respond quickly and said each order still has items they are waiting on to get in (springs and spring insulators).
 
been so long don't even remembered when i ordered. Got the, this'll take some time email and that was it... Just figured it was cancelled. if it shows up, cool.
 
The very odd thing is that south atlanta has kept paypal orders active though months and months of ordering from japan.
We all should know that we shouldn't order from the same place all at once.
My orders were at south atlanta, only as a last minute last day did I think I'd just throw a bone out there and see for 100 some dollars.
Seems silly I'd go off the trail for actual customers wires.
 
I am still waiting on my order from Serra from March 20. I get that they are buried in orders, but the lack of communication is very frustrating.
 
I received a partial refund email with no mention of amount and items. I email'd Eric and he couldn't figure it out from my email with order number. He needed my name, I sent him my name and he figured out the refund was for coolant. I received my order about a week later with some items missing. I have email'd him twice and still no reply in 10 days.
 
Reached out to Eric on Monday as I have heard nothing since the beginning of April. No response.
